The VermiHut 5-Tray Worm Compost Bin is a great option for those who want to start worm composting. It’s simple to set up and use, and the worms seem to be happy. One tray is designed to catch tea (liquid compost) and usually works well, but occasionally castings (solid compost) will end up there. The bottom tray has a slight groove to drain tea out, which works great until the worms get down in there and clog it up. The bin comes with an extra screen to rotate with to avoid this problem. It is made from recycled plastic and is dark green in color. The trays have a sticker on them, and there are no windows since worms prefer a dark environment.
