Resposta: The spacers are there because the Honda frame has a bracket that prevents the plates from fully sitting flat on the frame. The spacers are there to allow the mounting flanges to clear that bracket and then be torqued up tight against the frame. You might wanna reconsider your mounting. -

Resposta: Yes the Draw-Tite 75270 Draw-Tite fits our new 2014 Odyssey Touring model. I installed it myself with no problem. Instead of detaching the exhaust hanger, I used the exhaust pipe to hold up that side of the hitch while first installing the bolts on the other side. -
