The actual outer dimensions of the rack are D: adjustable from 26" - 37", W: 21", H: 53" without casters and 61.25" with casters. The rack is made of 1.5mm thick steel and features bottom sides that function as a lever. It does not come with a metal plate on the bottom but users can add an SXPS shelf if needed.
