Nutritionist's Take
doTERRA Abode Refreshing Blend is primarily an essential oil product designed for home use, offering a refreshing and clean aroma. It includes natural ingredients like lemon, eucalyptus, and rosemary oils, which may have antibacterial and mood-enhancing properties. While essential oils can promote well-being through aromatherapy, they do not provide nutritional benefits like vitamins or minerals, making them less relevant in a traditional diet context. The ingredient quality is generally high, though consumers should be cautious about potential allergies or sensitivities. There are few drawbacks to using essential oils, such as the risk of skin irritation if applied topically without a carrier oil. Overall, while beneficial for creating a pleasant home environment, this product doesn't directly contribute to nutritional health and is suitable for most dietary needs, provided it's used as intended.
doTERRA Essential Oil Blends 60217576 Editorial Review
** doTERRA Abode Refreshing Blend - 15mL** The doTERRA Abode Refreshing Blend boasts a versatile scent that Consumers can diffuse year-round. Many users appreciate its compatibility with other fragrances, particularly lemon, making it a popular choice for creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere in the home. However, the reception has not been universally positive. A notable concern among some users is its strong resemblance to citronella, which has led to mixed feelings. While some enjoy the bright, refreshing aroma, others find it overwhelming and not in line with their expectations, prompting them to cease usage altogether. The blend's effective evocation of freshness can be a double-edged sword, with reactions ranging from delight to disappointment. **
