The sleeves are longer on the long length shirts. However, it is a bit heavy due to the unnecessary mass of material, and it is not breathable. It looks good and has solid construction. It is a great product for the price point, but it is not as good as a Crye shirt. It fits true to size, but sleeves are lost in larger sizes, and the chest and back areas stretch out quickly.
