- RECOMMENDED FOR BITS 4" AND LONGER — SUCH AS SPADE AND AUGER: For drill bits 4" or longer, the distance between the chuck and the work surface pushes the laser patterns further apart, making alignment harder to read. Chuck Extensions mount between the drill chuck face and the Core, bringing the Reference and Alignment Patterns closer together on the work surface, making alignment easier to visualize and more accurate on longer and specialty bits.
- REDUCES ALIGNMENT PATTERN SIZE FOR TIGHT SPACES: By positioning the Core closer to the work surface, Chuck Extensions reduce the overall diameter of the Alignment Patterns, useful when drilling in tight spaces, near edges, or on narrow materials where a full-size pattern runs out of surface. Works alongside the Worksurface Extension Plate for longer bits on narrow surfaces.
- THREE LENGTHS — ONE FOR EVERY SETUP: Includes 0.525“, 1.0”, and 1.5" extensions (1.3cm, 2.5cm, 3.8cm) to match various bit lengths and work scenarios. The right length depends on your specific bit and setup. The three-pack gives you the range to dial in the fit without guesswork.
