With its advanced technology, MARD is only 8.71%, which ensures its high performance in blood sugar testing. Users can have confidence in the reliability of their data. Please follow the instructions and scan the QR code with your phone to obtain a valid code. If you cannot obtain it, or serial number(SN) is invalid, please contact us.
- User-Friendly Design: The iCan CGM App is designed with simplicity in mind. Its intuitive interface and clear display make monitoring effortless. Users can easily track their blood glucose levels throughout the day and night via App, empowering them to take control of blood glucose with ease. Also, Users can easily share their data with others through the iCan Reach App, allowing their caregivers to view users’ blood sugar values and provide assistance when needed. Please note: When wearing the sensor, please strictly follow the instructions. If you has problems such as inability to unlock, buttons not working, or the sensor not sticking properly, please refer to the instructions or videos.
- Real-Time Alerts: The iCan i3 CGM provides real-time alerts, notifying users of high blood sugar and low blood sugar level. Moreover, the Sinocare iCan CGM boasts IP28-rated ingress protection, ensuring users wear it while bathing or swimming.
- Considerate After-Sales Service: we customer service team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to all users. We are here to answer any general queries, provide product information, guidance on how to wear the CGM, and download the App and the questions about App. If you encounter any issues preventing successful wear due to device problems, please contact us for a replacement of a brand new iCan i3 CGM. During installation, please note: Rotate the blue part at the top of the applicator until the arrow points to the unlock icon. If the blue part cannot be rotated, push the blue object inside the applicator towards the top. Once you hear a "click" sound, proceed with the unlocking.
