Please follow the instructions and scan the QR code with your phone to obtain a valid code. If you cannot obtain it, or serial number(SN) is invalid, please contact us.

Users can easily track their blood glucose levels throughout the day and night via App, empowering them to take control of blood glucose with ease. Also, Users can easily share their data with others through the iCan Reach App, allowing their caregivers to view users’ blood sugar values and provide assistance when needed. Please note: When wearing the sensor, please strictly follow the instructions. If you has problems such as inability to unlock, buttons not working, or the sensor not sticking properly, please refer to the instructions or videos.

During installation, please note: Rotate the blue part at the top of the applicator until the arrow points to the unlock icon.
